【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestothefollowinggroupsofmachines:?palletbandingmachines;?stretchfilmpalletwrappingmachines;?stretchfilmhoodapplicationmachines;?mobilestretchfilmwrappingmachines;?semiautomaticselfdrivingstretchfilmwrappingmachines;?shrinkfilmpalletwrappingmachines;?shrinkfilmhoodapplicationmachines;?filmremovingmachines;?shrinkingsystems;?sleevewrappingmachinesforproductgreaterthan400mminonedirection;?productcentralisingmachines.Theindividualmachinesaredescribedin3.2.Thisstandarddealswithsafetyrequirementsformachinedesign,construction,installation,commissioning,operation,adjustment,maintenanceandcleaningofpalletwrappingmachines.Theextentstowhichhazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsarecoveredareindicatedinClause4.ExclusionsThisstandardisnotapplicabletothefollowingmachines:?machinesthatweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN;?palletstrappingmachinesanddestrappingmachines.ThesemachinesarewithinthescopeofprEN415-8?conveyingsystemsthatconnectpackagingmachineswitheachother,butincludesconveyingsystemsthatarepartofthemachines;Thisstandarddoesnotconsiderthefollowinghazards:?theuseofpalletwrappingmachinesinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;?thehealth,safetyorhygienehazardsassociatedwiththeproductsthatmaybehandledbythemachines,butdoesincludegeneraladviceonthissubject;?hazardsthatmaybeassociatedwithelectromagneticemissionsfrompalletwrappingmachines;?hazardsthatmaybeassociatedwithdecommissioningpalletwrappingmachines.
