【摘要】:ThepurposeofaReducedPressureDetectorFireProtectionBackflowPreventionAssembly(hereinreferredtoasthe'assembly')istokeepcontaminatedwaterfromfireprotectionsystemsfromflowingbackintoapotablewaterdistributionsystemwhensomeabnormalityinthesystemcausesthepressuretobetemporarilyhigherinthecontaminatedpartofthesystemthaninthepotablewatersupplypiping.Theseassembliesaredesignedtodetectlowratesofflowupto2.0GPM(7.6L/m)causedbyleakageorunauthorizeduse.
