【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofnitrogenpresentinwaterintheformoffreeammonia,ammonium,nitrite,nitrateandorganiccompoundscapableofconversiontonitrogendioxideundertheoxidativeconditionsdescribed.Determinationiscarriedoutinstrumentallyusingchemiluminescencedetection.Dissolvednitrogengasisnotdeterminedbythismethod.Thismethodisapplicabletotheanalysisofnaturalfreshwater,seawater,drinkingwater,surfacewater,wastewaterandtreatedsewageeffluent.1RangeTheconcentrationrangeofthemethodwilldependontheinjectionvolumeused,whichisinstrumentspecific.Nitrogencanbedeterminedintherangeupto200mg/l.Higherconcentrationscan,ifnecessary,bedeterminedbydilutionofthesample.2LimitofdetectionThelimitofdetectionwilldependontheinstrumentused.Usingasuitableinjectionvolume,thelimitofdetectionistypically0,5mg/l.
