【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardstatesthetechnicalanddimensionalrequirementsforlampholdersfortubularfluorescentlampsandforstarterholders,andthemethodsoftesttobeusedindeterminingthesafetyandthefitofthelampsinthelampholdersandthestartersinthestarterholders.Thisstandardcoversindependentlampholdersandlampholdersforbuilding-in,usedwithtubularfluorescentlampsprovidedwithcapsaslistedinannexA,andindependentstarterholdersandstarterholdersforbuilding-in,usedwithstartersinaccordancewithIEC60155,intendedforuseina.c.circuitswheretheworkingvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Vr.m.s.Thisstandardalsocoverslampholdersforsingle-cappedtubularfluorescentlampsintegratedinanoutershellanddomesimilartoEdisonscrewlampholders(e.g.forG23andG24cappedlamps).SuchlampholdersaretestedinaccordancewiththefollowingclausesandsubclausesofIEC60238:8.4;8.5;8.6;9.3;10.7;11;12.2;12.5;12.6;12.7;13;15.3;15.4;15.5and15.9.LampholdersdesignedwithabarrelthreadforshadeholderringsshouldcomplywithIEC60399.Thisstandardalsocoverslampholderswhichareintegralwithaluminaireorintendedtobebuiltintoappliances.Itcoverstherequirementsforthelampholderonly.Forallotherrequirements,suchasprotectionagainstelectricshockintheareaoftheterminals,therequirementsoftherelevantappliancestandardaretobeobservedandtestedafterbuildingintotheappropriateequipment,whenthatequipmentistestedaccordingtoitsownstandard.Lampholdersintendedforusebyluminairemanufacturersarenotintendedforretailsale.Thisstandardalsoapplies,asfarasisreasonable,tolampholdersandstarterholdersotherthanthetypesexplicitlymentionedaboveandtolampconnectors.Wheretheterm"holder"isusedinthestandard,bothlampholdersandstarterholdersareintended.

【摘要】:Inaseries-connectedmultijunctionPVdevice,theincidenttotalandspectralirradiancedetermineswhichcomponentcellwillgeneratethesmallestphotocurrentandthuslimitthecurrentthroughtheentireseries-connecteddevice.Thiscurrent-limitingbehavioralsoaffectsthefillfactorofthedevice.Becauseofthis,specialtechniquesareneededtomeasurethecorrectI-Vcharacteristicsofmultijunctiondevicesunderthedesiredreportingconditions(seeTestMethodsE1036).Thesetestmethodsuseanumericalparametercalledthecurrentbalancewhichisameasureofhowwellthetestconditionsreplicatethedesiredreportingconditions.Whenthecurrentbalancedeviatesfromunitybymorethan0.03,theuncertaintyofthemeasurementmaybeincreased.TheeffectsofcurrentlimitinginindividualcomponentcellscancauseproblemsforI-Vcurvetranslationstodifferenttemperatureandirradianceconditions,suchasthetranslationsrecommendedinTestMethodsE1036.Forexample,ifadifferentcomponentcellbecomesthelimitingcellastheirradianceisvaried,adiscontinuityinthecurrentversusirradiancecharacteristicmaybeobserved.Forthisreason,itisrecommendedthatI-Vcharacteristicsofmultijunctiondevicesbemeasuredattemperatureandirradianceconditionsclosetothedesiredreportingconditions.Somemultijunctiondeviceshavemorethantwoterminalswhichallowelectricalconnectionstoeachcomponentcell.Inthesecases,thespecialtechniquesforspectralresponsemeasurementsarenotneededbecausethecomponentcellscanbemeasuredindividually.However,theseI-Vtechniquesarestillneededifthedeviceisintendedtobeoperatedasatwo-terminaldevice.Usingthesetestmethods,thespectralresponseistypicallymeasuredwhiletheindividualcomponentcellundertestisilluminatedatlevelsthatarelessthanEo.Nonlinearityofthespectralresponsemaycausethemeasuredresultstodifferfromthespectralresponseattheilluminationlevelsofactualuseconditions.1.1Thesetestmethodsprovidespecialtechniquesneededtodeterminetheelectricalperformanceandspectralresponseoftwo-terminal,multijunctionphotovoltaic(PV)devices,bothcellandmodules.1.2Thesetestmethodsaremodificationsandextensionsoftheproceduresforsingle-junctiondevicesdefinedbyTestMethodsE948,E1021,andE1036.1.3Thesetestmethodsdonotincludetemperatureandirradiancecorrectionsforspectralresponseandcurrent-voltage(I-V)measurements.ProceduresforsuchcorrectionsareavailableinTestMethodsE948,E1021,andE1036.1.4Thesetestmethodsmaybeappliedtocellsandmodulesintendedforconcentratorapplications.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeter......
