【摘要】:1.1Thepurposeofthisspecificationistoprovidegeneralrequirementsforproductsusedtoreducethermalloadsonbuildingsbyreflectingsolarradiationfromroofsandwalls.Radiationcontrolcoating(RCC)isaliquidappliedcoatinghavingasolarreflectanceof0.8andanambienttemperaturetotalhemisphericalemittanceofatleast.08.1.2Thisspecificationcoversthephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofliquid-appliedradiationcontrolcoatings(RCCs)designedforexteriorapplicationonbuildingsorotherstructures,whereambientairtemperaturesrangeform-34to54oC(-30to130oF).Thespecificationalsoincludesthetestingproceduresbywhichtheacceptabilityofthematerialmaybedetermined.1.3Theproductsthatcomplywiththisspecificationmaybeusedforotherapplicationsandhaveotherpropertiesnotcoveredbythisspecification.Insuchcases,itisadvisabletocheckotherspecificationsthataddresstheapplicationsofinterest.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
